That is usually all we need. If we already know your property, you can skip this step.

The price depends on the size of the property. There is no subscription and no minimum term.

This usually takes one to two days. Any changes you ask for are free of charge.

Do you need to visit the property?
No. We work exclusively with the photos that already exist. You don’t have to let anyone in or arrange an appointment – not even for rented or occupied properties.
How much does a video cost?
That depends mainly on the size of the property. As a rule, it costs about a third of an on-site video shoot. Send us the link to your listing and you’ll receive a no-obligation quote with a fixed price.
What if I don’t like the video?
Tell us what to change – changes are free of charge. If you still don’t like the video after that, you get the full price back. You then don’t use the video.
May I use my listing photos for this?
That depends on what you agreed with your photographer. If you took the photos yourself or are allowed to have them edited, you’re all set. You confirm this in one sentence when you order. If in doubt, check with your photographer – we’re happy to wait.
How many photos do you need?
Ideally one or two per room, about eight to twenty in total. Photos taken at eye level that show the whole room work best. We only need a floor plan for a new build or the dollhouse view.
Where can I use the video?
Wherever you present your property: on property portals that accept video, on your website, on Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, via WhatsApp or in your Google Business Profile. That’s why you get the video in both landscape and portrait format.
Can you handle several properties?
Yes. There is volume pricing for several properties, and agents can also get a monthly package. Just send us all the links and you’ll receive one combined quote.
Do you charge VAT?
No. As a small business under Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), we do not charge VAT. The price in the quote is the final price.
Will you show my video as an example?
Only if you have no objection. A short email is enough, and we won’t show it.
